David Green

Executive Vice-President

Wheat Quality Council

Mr. Green is starting his second year as executive vice-president of the Wheat Quality Council. He was previously with ADM Milling for 30 years as director of quality control and laboratory services. He began as a flour mill chemist and has held positions as a miller, crop scout and central lab manager. He has been active in the Wheat Foods Council, the American Association of Cereal Chemists and the American Society of Baking. He received a bachelor’s degree in biology from the Ohio State University.
