The 2010 seminar registration fees are:

Prior to May 14, 2010:
$1,045 for first registrant
$915 additional registrants from the same company

After May 14, 2010: $1,195 for first registrant
$1,045 additional registrants from the same company

Optional sessions:
$215 optional Sunday session

CANCELLATION POLICY
Registrants who cancel more than seven days prior to the seminar will receive a full refund. Registrants may designate a replacement at any time prior to the seminar at no additional charge. Registrants who cancel after the cutoff date (May 30, 2010) may have the full fee applied to next year’s seminar. Registrants who do not attend without notification prior to the seminar are liable for the entire fee. Any changes in registration must be requested in writing prior to the seminar.
